      The ZSM Series Tapper Tips deliver the best high fluid flow rates, making them ideal for high-speed dispensing. Additionally, the tips cost only a fraction of comparable precision tips on the market. 

      The smooth internal conical fluid flow path increases performance and reduces clogging and back pressure, allowing for higher flow rates. The metal construction makes the MT series ideal for use in robotic applications or whenever precision counts. The thin wall design at the tip enhances dispensing accuracy while simultaneously lessening fluid tailing and stringing.

      The ZSM Series Precision Metal Tapper Tips are available from 18 to 30 gauge sizes, and are color-coded for easy identification.

A primary design feature of this unique Luer lock dispensing nozzle is the stream-line conical fluid path which delivers substantially higher fluid flow rates and lower dispense pump back pressures, resulting in improved dispensing accuracy and component life. The design also employs very thin rigid walls offering a larger I.D. fluid path which enables the use of smaller O.D. nozzles without sacrificing dispense rates.

The ZS Series Bent Premier dispensing tips consist of a precision bent 45° or 90° stainless steel cannula with a double Helix polypropylene hub, for secure syringe barrel attachment. This premier line of dispensing tips is burr-free, and has an electro-polished cannula for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and chloride-free. Maximum operating pressure 100psi (6.9bar).
